OAS-CCP^© Occupational Adversity Scale for Community Corrections Professionals (Pack of 100)

The OAS-CCP^© is an evidence-based assessment instrument that identifies the degree to which the central six work-related wellbeing challenges are impacting staff. The 36-item instrument provides an empirical profile of the degree to which each of the wellbeing challenges is negatively affecting the wellbeing of staff engaged in frontline corrections professions, including community corrections, youth justice, probation and parole. The instrument is easily administered and provides insight into how organisations may best direct their efforts to positively impact staff wellbeing and reduce related organisational challenges such as absenteeism, presenteeism and turnover.
